THE CITY STUDIO
SMALL BUT MIGHTY! Equipped with everything you need for your stay in Brunswick. You will sleep here in a super comfortable king-size box-spring bed that meets hotel standards. The highlight of this vacation home is the 10 m² roof terrace, where you can enjoy a wonderful end to the evening!

How does check-in/check-out work?
After booking, you will receive all relevant information, including instructions for check-in and key collection. Please note that we only offer contactless check-in (usually via a key box) and are not present in person. The advantage for you is that you can check in flexibly. Please note the applicable check-in times.

Why do I have to complete an online check-in form before arrival?
As we do not have a reception and check-in is contactless, we require all our guests to check in online at least 4 days before arrival. You must fill in the registration details so that we can check you in.

How can I book an early check-in/late check-out?
We offer you the option of checking in one hour earlier or checking out one hour later. This costs €10 per hour and can be booked either directly when making your reservation as an additional service or via the payment link that we will send you with your check-in information.

How can I extend my stay/change my travel dates?
Please contact us with your change requests at buchung@hellohome-apartments.de. If the calendar allows, we will be happy to accommodate your requests.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all standard payment methods, including credit cards and bank transfers. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments. You will find the exact options during the booking process.

Is there a deposit for the accommodation?
No, we do not normally charge a deposit. Exceptions may apply for longer stays of several months.

Are the apartments equipped with bed linen and towels?
Yes, each apartment is already equipped with one set of bed linen and towels per person.

Can I receive an invoice for my stay?
For direct bookings, we will be happy to issue you an invoice. Simply send us an email at buchung@hellohome-apartments.de.

Where can I find the guidelines/house rules for the accommodations?
Our guidelines are available for download in German and English at the bottom of the footer. By making a booking, you agree to our general terms and conditions and house rules.

What are your cancellation policies?
Cancellations can be made free of charge up to 14 days before the date of arrival. Up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the cancellation fee is 50%. For cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the trip, the full trip price must be paid. Cancellations must be made in writing.
